Returns
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns at anytime. We will exchange for shipping error or manufacturer defect for exact item only. Should the item not be available you will receive a refund.
International Orders
We welcome international orders and offer several methods of shipping. Customer is repsonsible for any customs fees-duties-taxes related to their purchase. If you have any questions regarding such fees, please contact your local customs office.
Shipping Information
Please note: it takes 7-10 days to process and ship your order, plus transit time. Please allow sufficient time for delivery. A delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you upon shipment. We use USPS for shipping most orders, we reserve the right to change the shipping carrier at our discretion.
We do not ship orders to unmatched addresses. Your shipping address must be in your credit card file for us to be able to process and ship your order.
Refuses or undeliverable packages will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if it is not in transit. Once the order has shipped, customer will have to return the package at their own expense. Customer must contact the customer service department for a Return Authorization Number if the order has already shipped. Opened packages will not qualify for return or refund.
